Cholera Outbreak

The Haiti cholera outbreak reaches a death toll of 250 and more than 3000 sickened. Disease likely the result of sanitation and hygiene issues after the Haitian earthquake. This indirect death toll is a perfect example to show the long lasting difficulties of overcoming a natural disaster. Some experts will link this to the earthquake, while others may categorize it as its own natural disaster.
